Together we will start with the fundamentals of the ear prompter. At the end of this course you will have a good understanding of the equipment, how the ear prompter can be used and will begin to understand your personal capabilities and areas that you will need to focus upon. Topics Covered: * Different types of equipment * How to use it...try it first and see if you enjoy it * Where to find and get fitted for your equipment * Begin assessment of your natural ability to use the ear prompter (very important!) * Determine personal “focus” areas * Learn practice techniques * Video taped to see your progress * Script work homework to start you onto the next level * Remember – this often takes TIME and PRACTICE!! * (If everyone could do it easily – everyone would be doing it!)
